As I got older and didn't have school sports anymore, the actual training became my passion. I thought about a few different career paths, but eventually landed on coaching/personal training because of a class I took in college called strength training design... it was basically designing training programs and implementing them with some athletes at a local sports training facility. I LOVED it.
From then on that's what I've done. I worked at a small personal training studio starting in 2010 and trained in person until I was almost due with my second son in 2016. At that time I had been training in person but also had started nutrition coaching for about a year alongside that. I loved being able to work with all different kinds of clientele living in different areas. So when my son was born I went fully online so I could be home with them full time.
Since I began coaching, I've been obsessed with learning as much as possible to improve both my own training and nutrition, and the coaching I provide clients. I love and believe in this process so much, and I love seeing my clients stack up wins and meet their goals as well as become the most confident versions of themselves.

Nutrition is a collaboration and is based on what you like to eat, when you like to eat, and how you like to eat. We take that knowledge, and then we tailor the perfect plan that gets you to your goal. And teach you how and why it works.
Your training should be backed by science and proven by experience. But it shouldn’t be bland or dogmatic. We don’t believe in “best” movements or rep and set schemes. We know that the best program is tailored to your unique goals, volume needs, and biomechanics.
The job of the coach is to get you to where they want to go. Our aim as coaches is to always over-deliver through education, attention to detail and build a genuine relationship with you. We don’t just prescribe, we teach the reason behind the movements and protocols we prescribe for you.
