Ever heard the saying “If you’re not assessing, you’re guessing?” 

Very true when it comes to changing your physique.

Daily accountability and tracking for your macros, movement, sleep, recovery scores, body measurements, progress pictures, and much more.

You (or your clients) don’t just need a training program and nutrition prescription…

You need systems to hold you accountable, and collect all the data necessary to gauge your progress.

Your tracker shows us exactly how much progress you’re making, and if you’re not progressing at the rate we want, it shows us where the issue lies, so we can make the exact adjustment needed.

WARNING: THIS ISN’T A QUICK FIX. TRANSFORMATION TAKES TIME.

We consider 3 months the bare minimum amount of time needed to give you the necessary education to go off and be successful on your own without us here to coach you.

Most can see a very noticeable change in 3 months, and will feel much more confident and sure of their abilities to create whatever result they desire with their physique.

We’ve found that for most clients, 6-7 months is the most common milestone for an amazing transformation. In this time, most are capable of building a sizeable amount of muscle, losing a large amount of fat, or both.

This is also when we truly start to notice a massive difference in the way clients talk about themselves and their confidence levels.

Again, it’s not a quick fix (and you’re not a good fit to work with us if that’s what you’re looking for). 

But if you’re sick of feeling like the hard work you’re putting into the gym and kitchen isn’t reflected back to you in the mirror… you’re fully capable of looking and feeling like a completely different person in 6 months of consistency with our coaching system.

SIX STEPS TO ELEVATE YOUR TRANSFORMATION

1: A CASUAL, THOROUGH FIRST CALL

In a thorough strategy call, we’ll dive into your diet & training history, lifestyle, goals (why they really matter), and much more.

2: CREATING YOUR STARTING PROTOCOLS

From here, you’ll record a movement screen, fill out a nutrition log, and a detailed questionnaire. We’ll use these to create your nutrition, training and metric tracking.

3: YOUR TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY

You’ll get weekly updates through email & personal video for adjustments and ensuring you’re progressing properly. You’ll have full access to us and our network for questions, motivation, support, and education. 

4: LEARN AS YOU GROW

Our goal with online coaching is empowering you as a client with the knowledge you need to be successful with in the future without us. 

5: REACH YOUR GOAL

After months of consistency, effort, and likely bit of tough love from your coach, you’ve reached your pre-established physique goal. From here, some clients are ready to establish a new goal and continue the coaching process.

Others are ready to move on to Step 6.

6: EXIT STRATEGY

Giving online clients an exit strategy so they can leave sooner isn’t something that’s common in the industry. But selfishly, it’s something we have to do to know that we’ve done an amazing job as your coach, and it truly sets you up for success without us.
