But the more time I spent in the gym, the more frustrated I was with why my body didn't reflect my efforts, which compelled me to learn more about nutrition. This was transformative—inside and out. I became obsessed with knowing more, optimizing my potential, and ultimately wanting to share what I'd learned with other frustrated gym goers.
That desire turned into a career, as I quickly realized how passionate I was about helping others get unstuck from the place I felt trapped in for so long.
I'm elated to be able to live my passion every day as I coach my clients, and to be a part a team of like-minded professionals who are driven to not only serve clients at the highest level possible, but also to be the best versions of themselves (in AND out of the gym).
Outside of fitness and nutrition, you can find me combing the cereal aisle of any grocery store, planning my next travel adventure, spending time with family, or finding absurd ways to compete with Jeremiah whenever possible.
Fun fact: in a former life I spent seven years as a professional French horn player in the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra.
